Tower Records was originally a franchise of music stores that began in Sacramento, California but expanded until there were stores in major cities all over the world. However, in 2006, after a poor performance, the firm had to liquidate and file for bankruptcy.

The name lives on via the website Tower.com, the online shop, which was acquired after the company went bust by another company. If you wish to ask anything about Tower Records, please contact our team.
